You are requested to read carefully the terms and conditions presented below before proceeding with any bookings through balikli.com website!
Legal Acceptance
Your usage of this website and booking facilities is based on your total acceptance of and abidance by the terms, conditions and limitations stated in this document which also acts as a legal agreement between Balikli.com and whoever shall access the website hereafter referred to as 'customer'. All questions and controversies arising out of customer's use of this site and this agreement will be decided under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Law. Customer agrees to use the website for making legitimate bookings and reservation requests rather than speculative, false or fraudulent ones. Customer confirms that he/she has the adequate legal age to enter into lawful obligations and be able to face all liabilities resulting from the use of the website.
Hotel Accommodation & Services
Balikli.com commits itself to guarantee that the room booked will accommodate the specified number of guests. Special guest requests cannot be guaranteed. Any complaints regarding customer's stay at the Balikli Thermal Spa Hotel should be addressed directly to hotel's management at the time of the upset occurrence. We shall not accept any consequent claims after the customer has departed from the hotel. The description of hotel amenities described at our pages are strictly as provided from the Balikli Thermal Spa hotel and we cannot be held accountable for any omissions or inaccurate information regarding hotel descriptions. To avoid future disappointment we invite customers to contact the hotel directly for details.
Balikli.com endeavors to deliver a transfer or any other type of service based on the information provided by the customer. In case that the customer fails to submit correct information to balikli.com regarding his/her exact flight details, arrival time, late check-in, exact number of passengers, excessive luggage, etc, any failure or consecutive cancellation of the service caused by to the lack of such information remain full responsibility of the customer and no refunds will be possible.
Price information
All prices are to be quoted an payable in euro. The prices do not include insurance covering any baggage loss or injury during trip. Passengers are advised to obtain their own health/travel insurance. Additional fees like excess baggage charges and other taxes collected by governments, air(ports), airlines and other bodies are not included in price unless expressly indicated as included services. Hotel accommodation rates are usually quoted on a double occupancy basis, except otherwise specified. Further hotel expenses such as room service, mini-bar, phone call charges, etc. are not included in the hotel reservation price and must be cleared upon check-out from hotel.
Payment procedures
A full prepayment equal is required for all bookings at the Balikli Thermal Spa Hotel. The prepayment has to be done in order to secure the hotel accommodation together with a place in the treatment program. As soon as a full prepayment of the hotel reservation has been done the customer will be eligible to receive his/her treatment package/service voucher straight away. Customer cannot consider the reservation secured before he/she has received a written reservation confirmation from balikli.com regarding the services booked. Payments are possible through VISA and MasterCard credit cards only. Payment is also available via bank/wire transfer.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations of bookings made through balikli.com will be accepted only if communicated by a written notice. Customer should either send a cancellation request via certified mail (return receipt requested) or by using our inquiry form available online. In case of email notification full reservations details should be supplied with the e-mail. Customer cannot consider the reservation cancelled unless he/she has received a written cancellation confirmation from balikli.com. Before proceeding with any service/package cancellation, customer must make sure that cancellation deadline for that specific booking hasn't been passed otherwise full cancellation charges may apply. The cancellation deadline will be always clearly advised on the package/service voucher as well as on Customer's confirmation e-mail.
Amendment policy
Making amendments i.e. submitting changes to your reservations are subject to hotel's availability. Any change of the reservation components will result in change of the price. Amendments should also be submitted in written either per e-mail (return receipt requested) or by sending a written amendment request through a enquiry form available on the website. In case of email notification full reservations details should be supplied with the e-mail. Customer cannot consider the reservation amended unless he/she has received a written amendment confirmation from balikli.com.Before proceeding with any service/package amendment request, please make sure that cancellation deadline for that specific booking hasn't been passed otherwise amendment charges may apply. The cancellation deadline will always be clearly advised on the package/service voucher as well as on customer's confirmation e-mail.
Refund policy
Refunds will only be processed if they have been approved from the Balilki Thermal Spa hotel or the third party service providers through which car-rentals, transfers or tours have been booked. No refund will be possible unless Balikli.com has received the refund from the hotel or the service providers mentioned above. The exact amount of the refund will be determined in accordance with hotel's/supplier's cancellation policy and the exact date when the cancellation was requested. Please note that there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 per person regarding a reservation at the Balikli Thermal Spa hotel which will be deducted from total refund amount. In case of early check-out or no show (the customer fails to arrive at hotel), no balance will be refunded. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the customer credit card originally used for making the payment or transferred back to customer's bank account used for making the booking no later than 7 working days. Refunds are only possible in the same currency in which the booking has been paid.
Complaint policy
Balikli.com endeavors to assist the customer in solving any problems he/she might encounter during the travel period in Turkey, as long as those are within its competence and power. However any complaints regarding dissatisfaction or disappointment from a service booked through us should be brought directly to hotel's attention or to the knowledge of the specific service supplier. Any complaints submitted after customer's departure back home shall not be accepted.
Liability
All balikli.com content, products, and services are provided "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. Balikli.com acts only as an agent between the customer and the service provider(s) and therefore cannot be held accountable for any inconvenience, accidental, direct or indirect damages, personal injuries or death, losses or extra expenses caused by or partially relative to any delay or changes in scheduled services booked through our website, independent actions of third party service providers or any force major circumstances such as acts of God, forces of nature, terrorist attacks, war, riots, civil disturbances, hostilities, theft, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or any other causes. The customer should face all consecutive expenses arising thereof and no refund of the not utilized service will be possible.

Balikli.com gives no guarantee whatsoever about 100 % effectiveness of psoriasis fish treatment at the Kangal Thermal Spa Center and can not be held responsible for any unsuccessful recovery after treatment procedures, neither is under obligation to refund or give any other form of compensation to the customer for this reason. Balikli.com may display on its pages links to other third party websites but it doesn't guarantee the quality of their services or products neither endorses their content. In case that any of the terms and conditions stated herein proves to be unenforceable, inapplicable or invalid, they will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. Balikli.com reserves the right to make changes to the current Terms and conditions at any given time for any given reason without prior notice.
