Reservation policies

Due to the highest volume of reservations at the Balikli Thermal Spa Hotel we require a full prepayment of the booking in order to secure the Kangal hotel accommodation for you together with a place in the treatment program. For each booking made a cancellation deadline will be appointed, after which occurrence no penalty free cancellations will be possible. Cancellations of bookings made through Balikli.com will be accepted only if submitted in written. Refunds will only be processed if approved by the hotel/service supplier. In case of early check-out or no show, no balance will be refunded. All services are payable in Euro (€) via Master Card and Visa credit cards or by bank/wire transfer. Treatment packages & accommodation at Balikli Thermal

The accommodation prices are usually quoted on room only basis in standard room accommodation, including treatment procedures and local service charges. However supplement types like bed & breakfast (BB), half board (HB) and full board (FB) can be requested and booked in advance.

Please note that accommodation prices are different for family members or relatives sharing same room and for 2 persons with no family relationship accommodated in one room. Different prices apply for the following accommodating options: Single room: (1 patient only); Double room: (1 patient + 1 accompanier); Double room: (2 patients - family members); Double room: (2 patients - no family relation); Suit flat: (for patients and accompaniers). Please be informed that if the accompanier needs treatment procedures as well, the price will change - then it will be considered as 2 patients (family members). • International and domestic flights - we can assist you with any international and/or domestic one way or two way flights via Turkish airlines and other airline carriers. To make an enquiry about airline tickets please use our inquiry form.
• Airport transfers - we can arrange upon request any ground handling services such as one-way or two way transfers such a Sivas - Balikli - Sivas, Malatya-Balikli-Malatya, Kayseri-Balikli-Kayseri. (make a request)
• Hotel accommodation - we can assist you with any hotel accommodation in Istanbul or in any other big city in Turkey, combined with transfers or local guidance according to customer's budget

• Daily Trips & Extended Guided Tours - you can book some optional outdoor trips to the nearest cities of Sivas and Divrigi during treatment as well as extended guided tours in Istanbul and Cappadocia upon departure from Balikli Thermal. (make a request)
